This page explains how to delete your AI Fitness Coach 360 account and the data linked to it. The app is published on Google Play by Thaliro.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open AI Fitness Coach 360 and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile → Settings.
  3. In Data & Privacy, tap Delete account and confirm.

Delete your account on the website

  1. Sign in with the same email.
  2. Open Account → Delete account and confirm.

If you cannot sign in

Email support@aifc360.app from the address of your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We answer within 30 days.

What is deleted and what is kept

  • Your account is deleted together with your profile and your workout and nutrition history. Personal data is erased within 30 days.
  • Purchase and invoice records are kept as long as tax law requires.
  • Product-analytics events, which are not linked to your name or email, are kept for up to 12 months.
  • Deleting the account cancels an active subscription bought on this website. A subscription bought in Google Play is managed by Google: cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions, or it will keep renewing.
